Chicken Balti Pasty is a delicious chicken pasty full of curry flavours! With bitterness of spinach and tartness of tomato puree it will make a great filling lunch or picnic meal!
First we sauté onions with garlic, ginger and spices to create the base of the flavours. We add diced chicken to the filling together with tomato puree and spinach which give the filling its sweetness.
We hand fill our pasties to the brim and then crimp them by hand with great attention to detail. We use our signature puff pastry.

Storage
Keep refrigerated, below 5°C.
Suitable for home freezing. Freeze within use by date and use within 6 months. Thaw thoroughly before heating. Once defrosted do not re-freeze.
Heating
Ready to Eat or may be heated.
To heat: Remove packaging. Preheat oven to 200°C/Gas mark 6. Heat for 20 mins or until piping hot.
